Top Left Lacrosse Mission Statement
It is the mission of Top Left Lacrosse to manage, serve, and promote player development in the game of lacrosse at all levels of play, and to assist member teams and participants in their various forms of contribution with the game of lacrosse; to teach young men valuable life lessons and grow future leaders.
The Top Left Loggerhead Travel Teams revolve around improving the games of our local lacrosse players. Our purpose is to make better players while also instilling a large sense of
respect for their teammates, opponents, and the game itself.
What we put together are Charleston all-star teams, essentially. We bring together the best talent in the area, and improve it. Our program revolves around players achieving their short and long term lacrosse goals.
It is not the W's and L's that we look at; it is the improvement of each individual player by the end of the season.
We want your players to get better, have fun, learn the right way to play the game, and be a leader.
We believe in practice. We run these teams knowing that practice is what makes a player better, not just the games.
Our coaches have not only played at the highest levels, but they have coached at high levels and care about this sport. They are invested in these kids and in specifically growing lacrosse in the Charleston region.
Lacrosse should be fun!
We ask players to commit themselves to our programs and attend all practices and team functions. Teams are formed based on the number of willing participants with the appropriate athletic ability and lacrosse skills. We will participate in regional tournaments against the best completion. We ask players to excel at school and in the community.
Our goal is to gain the respect of lacrosse peers and assist our players in progressing to the next level of lacrosse. Top Left lacrosse is not about wins and losses but about providing our players with the opportunity to play against the best. We want players with a desire to play at the college level.
Athletes and future leaders improve by challenging themselves against the best!
